Surveys are due April 3.
Our current collective agreement expires on December 31, 2020. We are in the preparation phase for bargaining a new collective agreement and want to ensure we understand who our workers are and are aware of your experiences while working at the Township.
Once surveys have been collected and analyzed, we will present the findings and work towards narrowing down the issues CUPE 403 needs to address in the bargaining process.
The employer and the Union Executive will start the process of bargaining a new contract in late Fall.
